Interning at JMU X-Labs
As an intern for JMU X-Labs I had the opportunity to create marketing materials, co-manage the Instagram account and facilitate free, non-credit Pop-Up classes.
JMU X-Labs is a maker-space on James Madison University's campus that offers for credit and non-credit classes, Open lab hours and events, all with a focus on innovation. Students and faculty from all backgrounds are encouraged to work together using technology to creatively problem-solve.

I had the opportunity to design a brochure to be featured for prospective students. I wanted to highlight the various events, classes and collaboration that happens at JMU X-Labs.

CACTUS JEWELRY STAND


I designed a cactus jewelry stand for an event called Fab Lab that aimed to introduce women to designing and collaborating while exploring various technologies. Roughly 300 people attended the event in 2019. My design was brought to life using a laser cutter.
